Sex Offender Registry

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registry is managed by  Lt. Jerrad Blacker. Offenders who have been sentenced to register are required to meet with Lt. Jerrad Blacker on a regular basis to provide their current address, drivers license, and vehicle registration information. This data is then input into the registry and is available for public search. The Sex Offender Registry, which is run by Offender Watch, can be accessed by clicking here.
